Lower School Fall Field Trips 2025
We are pleased to announce our fall field trips for the 2025 – 2026 school year! Thanks to the generosity of Great Hearts families, every grade level will get the opportunity to participate in 2 field trips again this year! All spring field trips, once booked, will be covered by the generosity of our families. We are asking families to pay a field trip fee of $35 per scholar ($105 maximum per family) to cover the cost of the fall field trip. This year, we are excited to open some of our field trips for all parents who would like to attend! If you would like to attend, you must complete the volunteer training, background check, and chaperone form below. Beginning this year, all parent chaperones will be required to cover their admission to a field trip (at the venue for field trips that are open for all parents or via Configio for limited chaperone field trips). We ask our chaperones to refrain from bringing other children to the field trip, as you will be assigned a group of scholars to monitor. This group will include your own scholar. Parents who are attending must meet at the school on the day of the field trip at a specified time to receive a Raptor badge, then follow the buses to the venue (parents will not be riding the bus this year). You may check your scholar out from the venue. Otherwise, they will ride the bus back to school. If you have any questions, please reach out to Headmaster Berlanga or Assistant Headmaster Godkin.
